Summer Music and Drama Camp

Whether a beginning music or drama student, or an advancing artist, Grace Music Academy's summer music camp will be a great source of encouragement and inspiration!  Camp sessions run Monday through Friday from 9am - noon. Parents are welcome to stay and enjoy watching the various activities, especially the inspirational concerts by our guest artists.

Youngest campers (5-7 year olds)  will focus on general music motion, note reading, basic acting, and will survey a variety of musical instruments.

Junior campers (8-12 year olds) will have music and drama sessions, and will also work toward a performance of a junior musical for the exhibition. Tryouts for speaking parts in "Malice in the Palace" are being held on Saturday, June 15 from 11-11:30 am in the Grace Baptist Church sanctuary. This is open to all junior campers (ages 8-13).  
 

Friday, June 28th enjoy a final exhibition performance for all campers and families. The exhibition will feature camp soloists, choir, and the youth musical Malice in the Palace (a musical re-telling of the Biblical account of Queen Esther).
